,c IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 23 , 2005, to extend completion date
to June 30 , 2006 in conjunction with grant in the amount of
$37, 000, 000 . 00 to allow time to complete corrosion control
•
project, installation of a third sludge dewatering press and
:C6:fl t.ruction of an odor control process at the Water Pollution
:tantr61 Facility, by and between U. S . Environmental Protection
Agency, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2005 .
