7 RESOLUTION APPROVING RELOCATION AGREEMENT WITH
THOMAS MOUNT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
s v BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
J what the Relocation Agreement with Thomas Mount dated May 23 ,
-005, to remove items located at 107 East 7th Street in
c conjunction with Eastside Riverfront Housing Project at a cost of
$12 , 500 . 00 , by and between Thomas Mount of Waterloo, Iowa, and
.the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
-and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2005 .
