_ RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO REAL ESTATE
'7) PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH THE WAGNER FAMILY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Real Estate Purchase Agreement with the
:--Magner Family dated May 23 , 2005, to allow them to remain in
their homes until September 1, 2005 as part of acquisition of
,17 and 4330 Ansborough Avenue in conjunction with Ansborough
-Avenue Interchange Project, by and between the Wagner Family of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
(A As hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
rr behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2005 .
