s `< RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, BIDDING
s DOCUMENT, ETC. , FOR CLEANING CONTRACT FOR
s CITY HALL, CARNEGIE ANNEX AND POLICE TRAINING
CENTER.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare specifications,
form of contract, bidding document, etc . , for the Cleaning
Contract for City Hall , Carnegie Annex and Police Training
r Center, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the plans,
and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
l ti d said specifications, form of contract, bidding document,
etc: , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
_considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract,
bidding document , etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2005 .
