4 . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

'Sction 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shalt : feet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 13th day of June, 2005, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on specifications, form
of contract, bidding document, etc . for the Cleaning Contract for
City Hall , Carnegie Annex and Police Training Center, in the City
of Waterloo and the taking of bids .
n Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
ipublish ,notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo!"'Courier.
