SAID ORDER BY MAYOR.

J - _ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• that the order assessing penalty of first violation dated June 6,
20S5, in the amount of $300 . 00, in conjunction with First
o Violation of Iowa Code 453A. 2 (1) selling, giving, or otherwise
r-;-' supplying any tobacco, tobacco products or cigarettes to any
perrson under eighteen years of age for The Times Lounge, 226 West
5t- Street, Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
