BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
' that the Notice of Intent for NPDES Coverage Under General
o Permit, dated 6th day of June, 2005, in conjunction with F.Y. 2005
o Winn Street Extension, Contract No. 692 , by and between Iowa
Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
