771 RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA

DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.

J BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• '= that the Agreement dated June 6, 2005, for New Capital Investment
— Program (NCIP) in conjunction with VGM Company expansion at the
Sunnyside Heights Office complex area based on the addition of
140 jobs and $4 . 5 million capital investment, by and between Iowa
Department of Economic Development and the City of Waterloo,
=Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2005 .
