ENGINEERS OF OMAHA, NEBRASKA AND LOCKARD

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement dated June 6, 2005, for
(A the Cedar Valley Art Mall Mixed Use Development, by and between
Metro Engineers of Omaha, Nebraska and Lockard Development and
n2 the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
=1 and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of,Waterloo, Iowa.
