WHEREAS, Norman and Grace Fernau, 9031 Douglas Drive, have
R2 paid the Waterloo Water Works the remaining balance of the
Promissory Note and Mortgage in conjunction with the Kimball
South Rural Water Main Project for the following described
property:
Lot No. Five (5) in Mayer Lake First Addition in Black
`Hawk County, Iowa, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
-1 Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated
June 6, 2005, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with
the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between Norman
art Grace Fernau, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2005 .
