7s RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION AND
st1 DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

s = BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
' that the Agreement dated June 6, 2005, for financing the purchase
i off 7:0 acres located at 2375 Independence Avenue from Robert and
c Lui11e Etringer at a cost of $350 , 000 . 00 with interest to accrue
on the unpaid balance at the rate of four percent per annum, by

Waeloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
