AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
C that the Agreement dated June 6, 2005, for lease of approximately
. 6 acres of city-owned property generally located on the south
(" side of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive for $300 . 00 per year to use
for farming purposes, by and between Mike Cook of Waterloo, Iowa,
';' and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
4- approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2005 .
