s d RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT APPLICATION WITH
xt7 U. S . DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR COPS SECURE
A.) Q OUR SCHOOLS PROGRAM (SOS) GRANT AND DIRECTING
n EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
' that the grant application dated June 6, 2005, for COPS Secure
(v] Our- Schools Program (SOS) grant to allow the School District to
establish and enhance a variety of school safety equipment and/or
' programs, with no cost to the city, by and between U. S .
4 Department of Justice and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same -is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2005 .
