J RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
r� F.Y. 2005 WINN STREET EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO.
692
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Eng±deer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
cont7,ract, etc . , for the construction of the F.Y. 2005 Winn Street
c_ Extension, Contract No. 692 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
spec-.fled in the specifications, and
c v WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans, specifications,
form- of contract, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2005 .
