I-T-RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
sha `- meet-- at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 20th day of June, 2005, for
thel:purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specificati-bns, form of contract, etc . for the F.Y. 2005 Winn
Street Extension, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of
construction bids therefore, Contract No. 692 .
Sect4bn 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2005 .
