RESOLUTION NO. 2005-501
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR

YOUTH PAVILION - WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Director
of Cultural & Arts Commission, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the construction of
the Youth Pavilion - Waterloo Center For The Arts, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Cultural & Arts Commission has filed
Esaid plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2005 .
