WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF CONSTRUCTION
G BIDS THEREFORE, AS JULY 11, 2005, AT 5 :30
z: P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE3' RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 :30 p.m. on the llth day of July, 2005, for
the puse of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specj'ficaions, form of contract, etc. for the Youth Pavilion -
Wa 4_tloo -Center For The Arts, in the City of Waterloo and the
takrg: ofconstruction bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice A)f7:, the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2005 .
