J RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM UNIVERSITY

= OF NORTHERN IOWA PARTNERSHIP CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the proposal from University of Northern Iowa Partnership
Cexiter dated June 6, 2005, at a total cost of $5, 800 . 00, to
. collaborate with the city to contract with Local Initiatives
(, Support Corporation to conduct a one-day workshop to investigate
the opportunities provided by vacant properties, with the city to
' pay $3 , 500 . 00, be and the same is hereby approved.
