RESOLUTION NO. 2005-507
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, BIDDING DOCUMENT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CLEANING CONTRACT FOR
CITY HALL, CARNEGIE ANNEX AND POLICE TRAINING
7' CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c-theretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
form - of contract, bidding document, etc . , for the Cleaning
rvContract for City Hall, Carnegie Annex and Police Training
c Center, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary specifications, form of contract,
bidding document, etc . , for the Cleaning Contract for City Hall ,
Carnegie Annex and Police Training Center, which were
preliminarily approved on May 23 , 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 13 ,
2005, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract, bidding document, etc . , for the Cleaning Contract for
City Hall, Carnegie Annex and Police Training Center, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 2005 .
