RESOLUTION NO. 2005-508
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
c s CLEANING CONTRACT FOR CITY HALL, CARNEGIE
CD ANNEX AND POLICE TRAINING CENTER.

-11 _ WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-507, specifications, form of
c contract, bidding document, etc . , for the Cleaning Contract for
City Hall , Carnegie Annex and Police Training Center, in the City
G7i of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
c after the hearing prescribed by statute .

ry - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
co WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said cleaning
contract be authorized to proceed in accordance with
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 2005 .
