`that the agreement dated June 13 , 2005 for F.Y. 2005 Edward Byrne
Memorial grant in the amount of $102 , 419 . 00 , in conjunction with
, Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and between U. S .
Depatment of Justice, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
nsame is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
