• - TIME NON-BARGAINING EMPLOYEE PAYABLE JANUARY
1, 2006 .
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
n WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows :
1 . Effective July 1, 2005, non-bargaining employees
for the City of Waterloo will receive a 3 . 5
percent increase in their base salary.
• �2 . The City of Waterloo, Iowa, will make payments
into Voluntary Employees Beneficiary Association
^ter (VEBA) account for each full-time non-bargaining

$1, 250 . 00, payable
January 1, 2006 .
