J RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF
UNPAID GARBAGE AND SEWER DISPOSAL FEES IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 384 . 84 (3) allows municipalities
to certify unpaid garbage and sewage disposal fees to the
benefited property as a lien.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
-CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same
77- -hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer
all unpaid garbage and sewage disposal fees as contained in the
following print-outs :
AWXBC001 (dated 1-1-04 to 12-31-04) - Active Accounts
AWXBC001 (dated 3-1-04 to 2-28-05) - Final Accounts
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
