RESOLUTION NO. 2005-549
- r- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF
LIFE SAFETY AND/OR RENTAL INSPECTIONS FEES OF
DECEMBER 25, 2003 - MARCH 31, 2005 IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364 . 17 (3) allows the City to
certify unpaid state-mandated rental property fire inspection and
c - business life safety inspection fees to the benefited property as
r, s a lien.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same
-t= hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer
77 all unpaid state-mandated Life Safety and/or Rental Inspections
.,;fees of December 25, 2003 - March 31, 2005 as contained in the
attached lists .
