r RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER.

s C BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a transfer be made for additional funds from the
(010) General Fund to the (424)Vision Iowa Projects Fund in an
o s amount to cover all additional expenses incurred through June 30,
=`32005 but not paid with the transfer of $895, 000 . 00 in Resolution
No. 2005-555 .
