ru BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FObLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the llth day of July, 2005, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey an
alley generally located between West 4th and West 5th
Streets,
north of Bluff Street to James H. Slife, and legally described as
follows :
} The 20' wide alley in Block 17 of the Original Plat of
� y Waterloo West that was replatted as Lot 3 of Leavitt
Lusch and Miller Subdivision of Lots 6 and 7 in Block
17 of Original Plat of Waterloo West in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
The 20' wide alley in Block 17 of the Original Plat of
Waterloo West that lies Northwesterly of and adjacent
to the Northeasterly 100 feet of Lot 8 Block 17 of the
Original Plat of Waterloo West and Southeasterly of and
adjacent to Lot Nos . 3 , 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Leavitt Lusch
and Miller Subdivision of Lots 6 and 7 in Block 17 of
the Original Plat of Waterloo West, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $1 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
