-7- WHEREAS, Main Street Waterloo is requesting to hold BBQ'LOO
& BLUES, - TOO on July 22-23 , 2005 with events to be held at
Lincoln2,Park, and to close 4TH Street from Franklin to Mulberry,
Mu1berr Street from 4th Street to Park Avenue (the park side
: only) i Park Avenue from Franklin Street to Mulberry Street
Lthd_ park side lane only) and the 1st floor parking ramp on the
darner of Park Avenue and Mulberry Street, from noon on July 22 ,
2-005 until approximately 8 : 00 p.m. on July 23 , 2005 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Main Street Waterloo to hold
BBQ'LOO & BLUES, TOO on July 22-23 , 2005 with events to be held
at Lincoln Park, and to close 4TH Street from Franklin to
Mulberry, Mulberry Street from 4th Street to Park Avenue (the
park side lane only) , Park Avenue from Franklin Street to
Mulberry Street (the park side lane only) and the 1st floor
parking ramp on the corner of Park Avenue and Mulberry Street,
from noon on July 22 , 2005 until approximately 8 : 00 p.m. on July
23 , 2005, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
