RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
— J SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
J =. CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2005 WINN STREET
J ' EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 692 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to
are
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for pthe
kF.7 -. 2005 Winn Street Extension, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
nit i as Contract No. 692 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2005p1ans Winn
Street Extension, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as
Contract No. 692 , which were preliminarily approved on June 6,
2002, and
- WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 20,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the F.Y. 2005 Winn Street Extension,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 692 , in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
