s RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF F.Y. 2005
s = �, WINN STREET EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 692 .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-525, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with F.Y. 2005 Winn Street
c Extension, Contract No. 692 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
c been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by statute.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
