< WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meek. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Wat erloo;- Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 11 l day of July, 2005, for
the :purposeof considering request of Schenk Engineering on behalf
$f TUbing Fabricators of Iowa for a site plan amendment to the "R-
4,R-P" Planned Residential District for property generally located
east- of 3203 Marigold Drive at the east end of Marigold Drive to
01-range the use of the property from a green space/buffer area to
residential use and legally described as follows :
Cedar Hills 1st Addition, a replat of part of vacated
Cedar Hills, a part of Tract 1 described as follows :
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 20 in Southdale;
thence N 27°03 ' 08" W along the Northeasterly line of
said Lot 20 134 . 16 feet to the Northerly most corner of
said Lot 20; thence N 65°31' 30" E 100 . 77 feet; thence S
10°32 ' 42" E 130 . 65 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-
way line of Marigold Dr as platted in Southdale
Addition; thence Southerly along the Northwesterly
right-of-way line of a non-tangent curve concave
Northwesterly with a long chord bearing S 59°01' 06" W
having a radius of 582 . 99 feet, 63 . 74 feet to the point
of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
