DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated June 20, 2005, to
:' purchase property located at 113 East 8th Street, at a cost of
7 $580, 000 . 00, plus estimated relocation costs of $21, 800 . 00 and
incidental costs estimated at no more than $5, 000 . 00 legally
"described as follows : per the abstract of title, consisting of
assessor parcel nos . 8913-25-126-003 , 8913-25-136-004, and 8913-
225-136-005, and comprised of Lots 5, 8, 9, and 10, and the
7" Southwesterly 50 feet of Lot 7, all in the Original Plat on the
East side of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, by and between
Meyers Sheet Metal of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
: authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
