RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (IDED) FOR
, H. EMERGENCY SHELTER PROGRAM GRANT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o that the agreement dated June 20, 2005, for Emergency Shelter
Program grant in the amount of $141, 053 . 00, with no required city
ma:tch, to be distributed to six local homeless service providers,
w by and between Iowa Department of Economic Development, and the
city' of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
