BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
, that the Agreement dated June 20, 2005, to use Commercial
Electronic Office Service (CEO) for banking service at no cost
N -with required deposits, by and between Wells Fargo of Waterloo,
, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
r-' -- approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
--. of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
