ASSOCIATES INSURANCE INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Agreement dated June 20, 2005, to lease a portion of 303
c Jefferson Street at a cost of $250 . 00 per month, by and between
Snyder & Associates Insurance Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
C,,,it'y of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
