_ RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
JAYCEES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 20, 2005, for rental of city golf
tairses July 20-24 , 2005 for a fee of $3 , 000 . 00, by and between
Waterloo Jaycees of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
,z,d a, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
too execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
