RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND
s s DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.

~ ~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

that the three-year Agreement dated June 20, 2005 for use of
Cloverdale Park, by and between Black Hawk County Board of
- Supervisors of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
- execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
AD PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
