MICHAEL CONSULTING ENGINEERS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Agreement dated June 20, 2005, for construction

- inspection services relating to the construction of traffic
.T aafety improvements at the intersection of US218 and West llth
R', _. Street at an estimated cost of $9, 800 . 00 , by and between Kirkham
-- -- Michael Consulting Engineers of Urbandale, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
