RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO MUNICIPAL

J• = BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that payment in the amount of $25, 212 . 99 to Municipal Pipe Tool
Co. , which would reduce retainage from 5 percent to 3 percent in
conjunction with FY 2002 Satellite Interceptor Corrosion Control
Project, Contract No. 652, be and the same is hereby approved.
4 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2005 .
