n RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HOGAN-
< HANSEN, PC, CPAS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
s C SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 20, 2005 to provide audit services
— for the three year period ending June 30, 2007 at a cost of
:E-$187, 450 . 00, by and between Hogan-Hansen, PC, CPAs, of Waterloo,
_ Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
FL) capproved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
