RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH
tS ` TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
(.1 that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 27, 2005, to
provide preliminary and final design services, at an estimated
N = cost of $69, 500 . 00, in conjunction with East Orange Road and Iowa
ti 2.1 Traffic Safety Improvements, by and between Earth Tech, Inc.
6f Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2005 .
