RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
s DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-I that the agreement dated June 27, 2005, for traffic safety
improvement funding in the amount of $48, 000 . 00, in conjunction
kith Flammang Drive and Sarah Drive Traffic Safety Improvements,
by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City
= . f Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
-Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2005 .
