RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
s s WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
s s PLAT AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF THE R. WAGNER

n ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK

HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 27th day of June, 2005, at a regular
R, =: meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
- Preliminary Preliminary Plat of the R. Wagner Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
w : County, Iowa, was presented for approval; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
thould receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of the R.
Wagner Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
-- hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolutions .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2005 .
