RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ROUSELOW

BROTHERS FARMS, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c7 that the agreement dated June 27, 2005, to lease a 26. 51 acre
o -: .parcel of land generally located at 2010 Ridgeway Avenue at a
7 cost of $3, 410 . 00 per year to use for farming purposes, by and
between Rouselow Brothers Farms, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
' city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2005.
