n v NPDES GENERAL PERMIT 2 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION

OF SAID NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Notice of Discontinuation of Storm Water Discharge
N ti covered under Iowa NPDES General Permit 2, in conjunction with
F.-Y. 2004 Ferguson Distribution Center Sanitary Sewer Extension,
Contract No. 682, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural
:Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
