L-1 s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 27, 2005, for STP funds in the
'�' amount of $421, 952 . 00, with required city match of $197, 592 . 00,
In conjunction with F.Y. 2006 Donald Street Trail, Contract No.
00, by and between Iowa Department of Transportation, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
t:he Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2005 .
