3 INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT

BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 27, 2005, for design engineering
services, at a cost not to exceed $57, 900 . 00, in conjunction with
N . Y. 2006 Donald Street Trail, Contract No. 700, by and between
Ament, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
co
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2005 .
