RESOLUTION NO. 2005-581
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY FROM CARDINAL
CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel
described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,
and
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel
is in conjunction with extension of Winn Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the parcels hereinafter described,
all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, are accepted and approved.
The subject parcel is :
Cardinal Construction
Parcel : East 30' of Lot 1, Tower Technology Park Plat
No. 1
And also;
A part of Lot 1, Tower Technology Park Plat No. 1,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows :
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence
South 00°26' 14" East along the East line of said Lot 1
a distance of 470 . 00 feet to the Southeast corner of
said Lot 1; thence North 89°34' 11" West along the South
line of said Lot 1 a distance of 30 . 00 feet; thence
North 00°26' 14" West a distance of 470 . 00 feet to the
North line of said Lot 1; thence South 89°34' 11" East
along the North line of said Lot 1 a distance of 30 . 00
feet to the point of beginning.
The East line of said Lot 1 is assumed to bear South
00°26' 14" East, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.

South 00°26' 14" East a distance of 375 . 00 feet; thence
South 89°34' 11" East a distance of 20 . 00 feet; thence
North 00°26' 14" West a distance of 375 . 00 feet to the
point of beginning.
