BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 27, 2005, to lease approximately 70
; :acres of land generally located west of the creek along the
westerly border of the Northeast Industrial Park at a cost of
r; =$1 . 00, to use for farming purposes, by and between Willard Frost
N of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2005.
