17= WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
N n Superintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file plans,
a- specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
for Extending University Avenue Left Turn Lanes at
s Ansborough Avenue, Project No. TRAF-110-05, in the City of
ti Waerloo, Iowa, as specified in the plans, and

WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
HS a.-id plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
--- Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
- WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
v and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
"hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2005 .
