` =IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
_FOLLOWS:
v - Setion 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall_ me-et at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the llth day of July, 2005, for
th€ purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifi;cations, form of contract and estimate of cost for
Extend-Lng University Avenue Left Turn Lanes at Ansborough Avenue,
Project :No. TRAF-110-05, in the City of Waterloo and the taking
of bids_-therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2005 .
